*Japanese Customer Success:
In order to solve our clients' business problems, you will be providing smooth implementation support and proposing ongoing product utilization and workflows.
・Understand the essential needs of customers and plan and execute success plans (onboarding plans, schedules, etc.)
・Support smooth service implementation and operation (implementation meetings with contracting companies, etc.)
・Understand the approver, decision maker, and approval flow, and work autonomously to design scenarios up to the next renewal and reach a renewal agreement
・Onboarding activities in collaboration with
account managers, etc. for large-scale customers
・Identify new onboarding methods and product use cases, share with customer success organization and sales, and provide feedback to development and products
As a customer success specialist, you will be involved in a wide range of products and propose new products and new functions to existing contract customers.
Admin:
● Support for Japanese expats, office-related tasks
● Handle the purchase process for PCs, devices, stationery (search quotation, suitable device, print label, hand over process for employee) and manage assets.
● Perform accounting tasks for the labor union.
● Arrange business trips (flight and hotel booking, visa, business trip decision, reimbursement)
● Perform other assigned tasks required.
