Job description
As a Japanese IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our Japanese clients and delivery teams to discover and define requirements, form a vision, and successfully delivery solutions to end users. This role will work closely with the Project Manager to monitor and control the output quality.
What you'll be doing
Gather, define, and document business, user requirements with Japanese, or English-speaking stakeholders.
Translate requirements into solution specifications, ensuring alignment between business and project teams.
Analyze, manage and document requirements in a manner that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders.
Prepare technical documents like specifications, manuals, analysis reports, and business analysis plans.
Define external interfaces, constraints, and non-functional requirements.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients and project teams.
What you bring to the team
Bachelor's degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields.
At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience, including writing user stories, requirement specification, creating mock-up, document, giving presentations, and working directly customers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Basic programming/software development knowledge.
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required.
Strong English communication skills.
Have experience in Supply Chain is a plus.
