Mô tả công việc
We are searching for Japanese teachers (Vietnamese). The job will perform following tasks:
- Teach and train Japanese for engineers;
- Prepare lesson for engineers every day;
- Supervisor each student to reach the result well after training duration;
- Support for the job when interviewing, testing and students' issues;
- Make the report on teaching activities to Japan;
- Have plan to renovate the training method;
- Other tasks as assigned;
Remuneration Package:
- Salary: Gross 500 USD - 700 USD/month (or higher that based on skills and experience);
- Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00 (5 days per week);
- Bonus : 13rd salary
- Well-equipped with insurance package as stated by Labor code
- Salary Review: 1 time/year based on employee's performance and contribution;
- National Holiday and Annual Leave: As per regulated in Vietnamese Labor Code.
- Other benefits as per stated in Vietnamese Labor Law;
NOTE:
- We would accept application/CV in Japanese and Vietnamese (Both are required).
- Interview by Japanese
- Probation: 1 month only
Yêu cầu
Job Requirement:
- University degree or equivalent; Japanese language department shall be advantage;
- Have the experience 1 year in the equivalent position;
- Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese (N3 or higher), English speaking is advantage;
- Have pedagogical skills, mature style, confident communication;
- Use Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint) competently;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability of working independent and teamwork;
- Passionate, reliable and can work under pressure;
- Ready to work overtime;
- Can start working immediately.

- Hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability of working independent and teamwork, can work under high pressure;
- Ready to work overtime;
- Can support other team member well;
Quyền lợi
