Java Developer Spring Boot, AWS

• Design and development of scalable back-end solutions using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Architect and implement high-volume, mission-critical systems across banking and payment domains. Design APIs (REST API) and build scalable, secure, and resilient back-end services.
• Work extensively with databases, including PostgreSQL, to optimize data storage, retrieval, and performance. Conduct database performance tuning and optimization strategies to handle massive transaction volumes.
• Champion DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD) to ensure fast and reliable deployments.
• Leverage hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, CloudWatch, RDS) to build, deploy, and monitor cloud-native applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• A Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• A profound understanding of back-end tech stacks is essential, including:Java Spring Boot & Microservices: Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable microservices.
• Strong knowledge of message queues for building asynchronous, event-driven systems.
• Expertise in concurrent and multi-threaded programming to handle high-volume transactions efficiently.
• Proven experience with cloud services, with a preference for AWS, but knowledge of GCP or Azure is also highly valued.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Architectural & Solution Design: Demonstrated ability to provide complex technical solutions and design sophisticated technical architectures for large-scale microservices back-end systems.

Nice to Have:

• BPMN: Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), with experience using tools like Camunda.
• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience working in the Finance/Banking industry is a plus.
