Mô tả công việc
Investigate technical issues reported by customers, troubleshoot, propose recommendations / workarounds to resolve the issues.
Lead customer troubleshooting calls when being requested.
Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, FAQs, and self-service resources to improve customer self-support.
Gather insights from recurring customer feedback, issues and collaborating with Product Engineering team to prioritize fixes and feature enhancements.
Yêu cầu
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in analyzing and debugging software systems, including reading logs and investigating backend workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Hands-on experience with Java.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Experience supporting customers is a plus.
