The Job
Join our team to architect and deliver enterprise-grade fullstack solutions for clients undergoing digital transformation. Use modern Java and frontend technologies to build scalable, secure, and cloud-ready platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Create intuitive frontend applications with React, Angular, or similar
- Design cloud-native solutions optimized for scalability, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and project management
- Participate in client-facing workshops, requirements gathering, and solution planning
- Lead development efforts, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in fullstack development with enterprise Java and modern JS frameworks
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot,... and REST API design
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript( React / Angular)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Excellent English communication skills for engaging with international stakeholders
Preferred
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects and IT consulting environments
- Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and data protection practices
- Exposure to Agile and hybrid project delivery models
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate into technical solutions
- Willingness to work onsite at the customer's office (in HCMC)
