As we continue to expand our production operations at our factory we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to ensure efficient quotation and order processing. As a key link between customers and the company, this role works closely with sales teams and international partners to deliver excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.
Your tasks:
written and verbal communication with national, international and intercompany customers
providing end-to-end customer support, including responding to customer inquiries, offering solutions, advising customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, and handling complaints
close collaboration with Sales, Planning and Logistics, Finance to determine conditions and lead times
Account creation and data maintenance in the relevant CRM and ERP systems
Follow-up and tracking of quotations
Coordination of expedited and special deliveries according to customer requirements
Execution of the invoicing process
Your skills:
previous experience in customer service and customer support, both by phone and in writing, preferably in an industrial and international environment
technical aptitude or a willingness to learn technical products and processes
fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
Proficient in using ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Independent, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player attitude
Commercial vocational qualification or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
