OBJECTIVE
- To carry out and document routine microbiological analysis to support the microbiological control program. Support the plant in the implementation and monitoring of the corporate "Microbiological Control- QS023" standard.
LET'S TALK ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform microbiological analysis of product samples.
- Participate in the various failure investigations when the results are at alert limits.
- Collect and perform data analysis.
- Apply and implement the methodology, as well as perform the data interpretation.
- Maintain a quality system in the laboratory.
- Carry out in an appropriate and safe way the destruction of infectious biological waste generated by the infectious microbiological generated by the microbiological analyzes, as well as sending them to the hazardous waste confinement area of the plant.
- Supervise an external provider installation qualification, operational qualification and qualification performance and all equipment and laboratory instruments.
- Maintain consistently, in a clear and orderly manner, the records of laboratory analyzes and controls.
- Provide training courses on microwareness, good manufacturing practices, cleaning and sanitation.
- Know and apply the quality standards of the colgate quality system and the Factory Performance and Reliability standards, according to the matrix of responsibilities and implementation plans developed. These descriptive activities being more non-limiting, all those that the same production demands will be covered.
WHAT YOU NEED
- University degree in Pharmaceutical Chemist Biologist, Engineer in Biotechnology / Biology or related careers.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar operations
- Knowledge of general microbiological analysis.
- Good manufacturing practices.
- Management of Google Docs / Office and PC.
- Verification of laboratory equipment.
- English 60%
