Hill's Pet Nutrition has been growing double digit and is also doubling its footprint across the US with a new state of the art wet food manufacturing facility in Tonganoxie, KS slated to start production later this year and 3 dry pet food facilities acquired in Ohio, Oklahoma and South Carolina to join our current network of 4 US plants, Pet Nutrition Center in Topeka.

We are looking now for a Supply Network Design Manager to join our amazing team in Topeka, KS that will eventually move to our future Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park| Kansas City Area.

The Supply Network Design Manager is responsible for product sourcing initiatives that include but are not limited to: designing and modeling network strategy for Global product sourcing for existing and new products, managing regional and leveraging global capacities, to deliver the best service, seeking savings opportunities in product sourcing to help drive regional FTG (Funding the Growth) program and developing supply chain contingency plans for business interruption. Support the BDG/MYR process with plants and consolidate divisional position, developing standardized controlling processes and implementing on the sites. Key partners are Hill's North America and Global Supply Chain Organization, Global Marketing & Innovation Team (GMIT), Science & Technology (S&T), Product Safety, Regulatory & Quality (PSRQ), and Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L).
