Jr. Art Director

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Art Director to join us at XYZ SAIGON. The ideal candidate will need to be equipped with strong concept development and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute advertising concepts, strategies, and visual designs
· Contribute to the design and execution of print, digital, and multimedia advertising materials
· Assist the Art Director/ Senior Art Director in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
· Participate in internal and client presentations
· Continuously improve design skills through self-directed learning and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
· At least 1 years of experience in a similar role in an advertising agency
· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print, digital, and multimedia
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, impactful solutions
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
