Job Title: Junior Accountant & Project Manager
Peregrine Management International LLC, an American management advisory company, is seeking a full-time candidate to fill an Junior Accountant. Peregrine Management International LLC advises clients on a variety of projects and products that involve manufacturing, supply chain, international business, trade, FDI, and real estate topics.
This is a full-time role providing accounting and project management for clients. The working location for this job is in Tay Ho District, Hanoi. Provision for some remote work can be arranged per agreement with the supervisor.
This role will be a good fit for applicants who are interested in building something new & willing to learn new things.
Job Function
Applicants can expect to work on the following:
Accounting Tasks
Collect information/data, and documents necessary from clients, and suppliers
Review documents/data, posting accounting entries in compliance with GAAP/accounting principles
Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports, and other internal reports as required
Manage and execute invoices, purchase orders (POs), and packing slips - to ensure that these are archived in compliance with legal requirements and internal company guidelines
Support internal management end-to-end accounts payable, receivable, and cash
Create price quotations for new products
Project Management Tasks
Support order management functions and ensure timely placement and execution of orders
Drive all necessary in firm, at suppliers, and at customers to ensure timely growth of business relationship
Demand and order forecasting
Provide project management support for new product launches
