Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and deliver scalable no-code solutions.
Participate in reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of solutions while adhering to established guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, proposing innovative solutions to maintain seamless system operations.
Monitor progress and accomplishments, reporting outcomes on a monthly basis.
Stay updated on advancements in no-code technology and recommend innovative ideas for system improvement.

Yêu cầu

Open to a 2-month probationary period.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges.
Capability to work independently and within a team.
At least 6 months of experience in responsive web design.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of design thinking principles and their application in user-focused solutions.
Nice-to-Have
Hands-on experience with no-code tools like Bubble, Adalo, Softr, Webflow, Airtable, Glide, or Flutterflow.
At least 6 months of experience developing full-stack applications using frameworks like React, [protected info], or Django.
Interest in working on diverse products across various industries.
Familiarity with project development methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean, Waterfall).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
Probation salary: 9,350,000 VND per month.
Post-probation salary: 12,000,000 - 17,000,000 VND per month (gross), negotiable based on experience and competency.
Annual salary increase rates of 10-30%.
Opportunity for salary negotiation every 6 or 12 months based on performance.
Comprehensive Benefits Package:
