1. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential clients for our social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
Relationship Building: Assist in nurturing relationships with key contacts and decision-makers within target organizations.
Pitch Support: Support the preparation of tailored pitch decks and participate in client meetings to present digital solutions.
Market Research: Monitor trends on TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, keeping an eye on competitor strategies to support the team's go-to-market approach.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with creative, content, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution from pitch to delivery.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate client records and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Reporting: Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and compiling monthly reports for the leadership team.
Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to learn, network, and help represent FinT, particularly within the F&B, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.
2. Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally within a
digital marketing or advertising agency.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Vietnam's social media landscape, influencer marketing (KOL/KOC), and major platforms like TikTok and Meta.
Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Tools: Basic familiarity with CRM software and a data-driven mindset.
Soft Skills: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented start-up environment.
Bonus: Direct experience working with Japanese or Global clients is highly advantageous.
