Job Summary
The Junior Interior Supervisor supports on-site interior construction activities.
The role focuses on understanding site conditions correctly and reporting issues, progress, and risks promptly to senior supervisors and
project managers.
Main Responsibilities (Reporting-Focused)
• Support daily on-site supervision of interior construction works
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety conditions
• Prepare and submit daily reports on progress, issues, and corrective actions
• Identify problems, delays, or defects and report immediately to managers
• Support coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist with material delivery checks and inventory reporting
• Support site documentation (daily logs, progress records, meeting minutes)
• Participate in site and client meetings as support staff
• Support quotation preparation and quantity checking
Yêu cầu
• Accept fresh graduates. Prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience.
• Graduate of Architecture or Construction-related education (intermediate level or higher)
• Basic understanding of drawings, site layouts, and construction details
• Strong sense of responsibility for accurate reporting
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic skills in AutoCAD, Word, and Excel
Salary & Benefits
• Monthly salary: $400 - $1000, depending on experience
