Junior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn and understand the manufacturing process from product design and mold-making to injection molding, spray painting and pad printing, assembly and packaging finished goods.
Duties include:
Reviewing new product samples from creative and technical design teams
Work with designers to ensure new products are suitable for mass production and automated production
Monitor production lines for efficiency or quality issues, and analyze the problem to find the source and the solution, working closely with Engineering Department and production workshops
Design production lines for maximum efficiency
Candidate should be:

Good at time management
Good at independent problem-solving
