Mô tả công việc
Target: support the Product developer (PD) in the day-to-day tasks so that the PD can spend more time on strategic topics (fabric price nego, optimization of the consumption, collection construction and follow-up, fabric sourcing...).
Main Tasks
- Communicating and managing with sample room and pattern team to prepare samples for collection and clients
- Contacts fabric mills to inform them on sourcing requests and send them the relevant swatches if any
- Fabric sourcing with current and new suppliers involving daily communication in English with local and foreign suppliers
- Update Development and collection folder and Follow up GG sheet continuously
- Takes pictures of the samples/swatches (either collection or TP) on dummies according to standards, and build a PPT for the PD using AI
- Prepares Net Cost for the PD
- Prepares the parcels (swatches, samples, accessories...) and get in touch with the relevant shipping companies for picking in office
- Informs the
sales manager of the dispatched parcels together with PPT and tracking number
Yêu cầu
Competencies, Ability & Qualification
- Good command of English spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 1 to 3 years' experience in garment industry with experience in development
- Must be proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and organized
- Independent, willing to learn and hard working
- Knowledege about AI is appreciated
