Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and develop expertise in construction cost management.
This role offers hands-on experience across diverse projects, from fit-out to large-scale commercial developments, with direct mentorship from senior professionals.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Support preparation of BOQ and cost estimates
• Assist in tender documentation and cost comparison
• Support evaluation of subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budgets
• Assist in preparing cost reports and progress claims
• Maintain cost records and project documentation
• Coordinate with project team on cost-related matters
Yêu cầu
Must-have
• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and quantities
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good English communication (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good English communication skills; CV must be submitted in English
Nice-to-have
• Experience in quantity take-off or cost estimation
• Familiar with BOQ and tender process
• Experience using QS tools/software
