Junior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a creative-minded UX/UI Designer to join our team and bring fresh, visually engaging user experiences to our products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design background, a passion for aesthetics, and the ability to craft visually compelling interfaces.

You will take part in designing the UX/UI on our Products such as Joboko website, Joboko blog, Joboko admin sites (internal and external) and Marketing campaigns. We have many ideas waiting to be designed by you.

Responsibilities:

• Transform product mock-ups and wireframes into user-friendly & beautiful designs.
• Act as the user advocate during the development process and provide suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and other designers to bring designs to life.
• Designing with data. Yes, you are a designer, not a number person, but to avoid subjective design, we will see numbers as a guideline and use design as a tool to bring deeper meaning to data. Don't worry! Your team will help you with numbers.
• Verify and check final productions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and apply them effectively.
• Direct report to Product Lead.

Requirements (Must Have):

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia Communications or Digital Arts (Information Technology or Computer Science majors are also welcome).
• 1+ year of experience in UX/UI design for web platforms or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to create visually appealing user experiences.
• Awareness of design trends and user experience principles.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Requirements (Nice to Have):

• Experience with branding, storytelling, and motion design is a plus.
• Understanding of design systems.
• Familiar with the Agile working process.
• Participating in AI-related projects is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English.
