Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose:
1. Be responsible for systematic material plan and Ensure material is obtained effectively
2. Be responsible for PO process, follow up material delivery and ensure material is delivered within requested delivery date
3. Make sure full set of documents related suppliers' delivery be sent to Finance on time for account payable tracking
4. Ensure import-export documents prepared on time for smooth customs declaration (CD)
5. Collect purchasing and related data
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be act as owner of Purchase Order (PO) process. Ensure PO is created, approved and released to supplier on time
2. Follow up delivery of open POs, expedite POs within the lead times. Cope with material shortage and follow countermeasure
3. Prepare for Customs Declaration for import and export goods, and liquidation
4. Collect purchasing data for related reports and monitoring purpose
5. Daily call-off based on daily plan
6. Collect and send payment documents to Finance to confirm account payable of suppliers
7. Demurrage / detention checking and recording
8. Work with sourcing team for data of bidding and forecast
9. Send rolling forecast (FC) to suppliers and get confirmation on supply capability in month
10. Be contact point of complaints/ claim to suppliers' quality/service
11. Record supplier's profiles and related data
12. Other assignment from Site Manager

Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade, International Relation, Supply Chain Management, Logistics
2. At least 2-3 working experience in Material Planning role with relevant skills
3. Good at MS office
4. Good English 4 skills
5. Pro-active and work carefully, able to work under pressure
6. Team Player, Result Oriented, Energetic and Positive mindset
7. Good in communication and absorbing new things
8. Problem solving skills
