1. Ensure that the book is closed accurately and on time every month. Make sure all balance sheets and PNL accounts are correct before closing the book, with explanations for long aging items.
2. Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other reports based on standard accounting practices; Reviewing financial statements and recommending adjustments to improve the accuracy of reporting
3. Providing reports to management regarding the financial status of the company; Prepare and provide explanations for any variances in expenses, including manufacturing expenses and general overhead.
4. Manage income and expenditure, invoices, receipts, contracts and other documents, accounting, and bookkeeping.
5. Proactively detect and address potential compliance issues; Research regimes and policies to come up with appropriate options.
6. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and analysis reports assigned by the Department Manager/BOD.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree in finance accounting.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounting, used to work in the factory is preferred.
3. Familiar with various tax and accounting laws; Master accounting techniques and accounting standards.
3. Good English or Chinese communication.
4. Honest, responsible, consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
