Mô tả công việc
1. Production cost accounting:
• Develop, control and calculate product costs according to each order or production batch in the field of electronics.
• Track and allocate production costs (raw materials, labor, general costs) for each product.
• Periodically check and evaluate the difference between the actual cost and the plan, analyze the causes and propose optimization solutions.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure accurate and timely figures.
• Manage the BOM system and production time to serve the cost calculation.
2. Other jobs:
• Supporting the development and improvement of the accounting system and internal financial reporting.
• Participate in financial analysis and budget planning for the business.
• Ensure the full fulfillment of tax obligations in accordance with the law.
• Perform other tasks at the request of the manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Education:
• Graduated from a university majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
2. Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in the position of
general accountant and/or production cost accounting, preferably in the field of electronics manufacturing.
• Experience working with Misa accounting software, ERP or equivalent management software systems.
3. Professional skills:
• Understand the production process and material norms.
• Master the legal regulations on accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
4. Soft Skills:
• Good analytical, synthesizing and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with relevant departments.
• English/Chinese communication is an advantage
5. Other requirement:
• Present your CV in English
