Yêu cầu
1. Experience:
· At least 3 years post qualified experience in a Financial and/ or Product Control role, ideally within a
Financial institution
· In-depth knowledge of the Regulatory and Tax regime in Vietnam
· Experience with managing relationships with local regulators, tax authorities, SBV
· Strong understanding of financial products, particulary in the area of Transaction Banking
· Analytical ability of presenting financial and operational solutions
· Takes ownership for own career management, seeking opportunities for continuous development
of personal capability and improved performance contribution
· Operational and control skills to minimise the risk and sustain a safe operating environment
· Strong communication skills in English/Chinese and Vietnamese
2. Education:
- Business and/ or Finance degree
- Professional account qualification - eg. ACA, ACCA, CPA as well as Chief Accountant
