- Report to HK manufacturing team head
- Lead accounting team in full sets of accounts - TXVN & SSYVN
- Check all vouchers with supporting before posting into the accounting systems
- Ensure the maintenance of complete and accurate accounting records
- Execute the authorised payments approved by general manager or holding company
- Check the monthly actual cash/bank inflow and outflow by reconciling with the bank statements
- Prepare and submit monthly management accounts with breakdown of material figures
- Prepare and update a profit & loss budget (April to September and October to March).
- Gather monthly sales forecast information.
- Liaise with Vietnam banks for latest information to holding company and monitor the status of banking facilities (if any)
- Liaise with external auditors in interim and annual statutory audit, tax filing and company secretarial matters.
- Comply with local financial and tax requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and maintaining compliance.
- Review existing financial policies and provide suggestions in developing effective control procedures for costing and operations.
