We are hiring a Key Account Executive to join our team.
The Key Account Executive is the liaison between the sellers and the internal teams including Account, Operations, and Engineering. You will focus on seller support and key account management by providing positive services and identifying new opportunities in your assigned region. This position is ideal for an individual with a business development/ key account management background in E-commerce who wants to be a part of an aggressive, growth-minded team that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Responsibilities:
● Act as the primary point of contact for seller inquiries, requests, feedback, and ideas.
● Foster a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts/sellers.
● Cultivate and sustain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
● Communicate platform initiatives to the sellers under your care.
● Extract valuable insights and demands from key accounts for strategic development.
● Identify industry trends and report insights to internal stakeholders.
● Clearly track and communicate monthly/quarterly account performance to internal teams.
● Effectively manage sensitive issues while maintaining a positive platform image.
● Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements:
● 2 - 3 years experience in similar role.
● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
● Preferred: strong data and analytical skills.
● Proactive problem-solving abilities.
● Actively listen and channel feedback and insights into appropriate strategies.
● Enthusiastic and highly self-motivated.
● Results-oriented thinking with a strong bias for action.
● Excellent professional and colloquial English writing skills.
● Strong sense of ownership and self-accountability.
● Willingness to travel for work.
