Mô tả công việc

- Meet and maintain good relationships with the company's customers, shipping lines and airlines to maintain good service for existing businesses and exploit effectively more other potential businesses
- Work directly with suppliers such as shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, oversea agents or with the pricing department to get cost prices and service information; making quotation for new businesses of the company's customers and agents abroad; monitor/resolve problems that arise for businesses under your responsibility
- In charge of working with the company's foreign agent system to develop new business and support other departments when needed
- Finding new customers to meet with the target
- Periodically report on work performance to superiors

Yêu cầu

- Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication
- 5 years' experience at least with related positions in the forwarding field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various colleagues to achieve business objectives
- Able to travel for work when needed
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
