Mô tả công việc
- Oversee Dien May Xanh sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and relevant KPIs to achieve positive growth for Washing Machine and Dish Washer products.
- Initiate and manage promotion programs, including counter-actions against competitors, to timely drive Sellout.
- Conduct PSI planning (by total and region) to optimize product availability, sales performance, and inventory management.
- Develop flooring targets and lead execution with an optimization strategy. Leverage display efficiency and monitor the run-rate performance of display goods.
- Conduct market research (utilizing GFK Data and competitor intelligence) to analyze market demand and opportunities, then strategically drive sales.
- Lead weekly meetings with buyers to review and analyze performance, and align on action plans to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
- University graduated, major in Business, Economics or other related field
- 3 year experience in similar positions (Sales/
Business Development/ Key Account Management) or Group of Product (Specially in Electric/ Electronics field)
- Good data analysis, sales skills and drive for result
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Be active, enthusiastic with a high sense of ownership
- Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers business and requirements
- Good English communication skills
