Summary / purpose of the position
The Key Account Senior Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and management of Mayoly's key pharmacy chains, major OTC accounts, and pharmaceutical supply chain partners nationwide. This role plays a critical part in driving sales growth, optimizing partnerships, and strengthening Mayoly's presence across the pharmacy and trade channels.
The position requires close collaboration with
Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to design, execute, and monitor trade programs and commercial activities that maximize business performance and brand visibility.
Main responsibilities / job expectations
A. Pharmacy Chain Development
1. Strategic Development
• Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen Mayoly's business partnerships and performance across pharmacy chains.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to expand distribution, increase SKU penetration, and enhance brand visibility in key pharmacy systems.
2. Execution Excellence
• Oversee the implementation of brand activation, POSM displays, and promotional programs to ensure optimal in-store execution.
• Monitor and analyze market data, customer performance, and competitor activities to propose actionable recommendations.
3. Collaboration & Support
• Support the Pharmacy Chain Development Specialist in building long-term collaborative relationships and delivering business results.
B. Key Account Management
1. Relationship & Business Management
• Manage and grow relationships with key EWS
• Achieve sell-in and sell-out targets through effective account planning and execution.
2. Joint Business Planning
• Lead the development and implementation of trade programs and Joint Business Plans (JBP) tailored to each key account.
• Conduct regular business reviews to track performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
3. Team Leadership
• Supervise the Key Account Supervisor to ensure effective coordination with distributors, compliance with commercial agreements, and excellence in field execution.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to direct reports to ensure continuous capability development.
C. Trade Activities Coordination
1. Trade Program Management
• Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to plan, develop, and implement trade programs and promotional activities for pharmacy chains and key accounts.
• Ensure alignment between field execution and corporate trade strategies to maximize return on trade investments.
2. Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade activities through data tracking and performance analysis.
• Propose improvements to enhance program efficiency and commercial impact.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure timely execution, payment processing, and compliance of trade promotions and commercial contracts.
