Lead the team to achieve sales objectives and targets for the assigned sales channel.
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes for assigned customers to ensure goal achievement.
Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to secure sales agreements that meet targeted margins and maximize company profitability.
Liaise closely with customers for accurate sales forecasting and manage the reporting of actual and projected sales and margin forecasts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance product visibility through optimal merchandising (e.g., number of facings, eye-level placement, and cost-effective shelf positioning).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales plans.
Other tasks as assigned by the Senior KAM/
Sales Director.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Modern Trade channel
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts
Good relationship with Modern Trade channel
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English is a plus.
