JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for market development, major customer development, and channel construction of household energy storage products in target countries/regions, and achieving regional sales targets.
2. Develop and implement customer development and market expansion strategies, establish a stable customer cooperation system, and increase market share.
3. Promote the landing and promotion of the company's new products, technologies, and solutions in the local market, organize product training and market promotion.
4. Responsible for breaking down regional sales targets, process control, and achieving results, following up on the entire order process, and ensuring payment collection and performance fulfillment.
5. Establish and maintain the company's brand image and market reputation, connect with key resources such as local government, channels, and major customers, and enhance brand influence.
6. Track local market dynamics, competitor information, and policy changes, and provide market analysis and business optimization suggestions.
Yêu cầu
1. College degree or above, English can be used as the working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
2. At least 2 years of local sales experience in photovoltaic, inverter, energy storage, EPC or new energy related industries.
3. Familiar with the household energy storage market, with local customer resources, channel resources, or successful project experience preferred.
4. Possess excellent business negotiation, customer management, and market development skills, and be able to independently manage regional business.

Salary range: 30 million to 50 million Vietnamese dong + Sales commission
