Mô tả công việc
Process Audits Execution:
Conduct daily process auditson critical manufacturing stages (e.g., molding, assembly, electrical components) across key factories, focusing on plastic and plush toy production.
Verify compliance with QCP (Quality Control Plan), PIS (Process Instruction Sheets), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and work instructions.
Perform document vs. actual practice auditsto ensure alignment between recorded procedures and on-floor operations.
Electrical & Critical Product Oversight:
Collaborate with the client's Quality Teamto identify high-risk electrical components and critical productsrequiring prioritized audits.
Validate safety and quality standards for products with electrical components (e.g., battery-operated toys).
Audit Scheduling & Reporting:
Plan and execute a daily audit scheduleto cover all factories weekly, ensuring comprehensive process coverage.
Generate detailed daily audit reportshighlighting non-conformities, root causes, and corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
Partner with factory QA/QC teams to address gaps and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Drive process standardization and risk mitigation through audit findings.
Yêu cầu
Education: Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
3+ years in process auditingwithin toy manufacturing (plastic/plush preferred).
Familiarity with Toys standards(EN71, ASTM F963) and product compliance.
Skills:
Expertise in auditing QCP, PIS, SOPs, and work instructions.
Strong analytical skills to identify process deviations and risks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data reporting tools.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-factory environment.
