Oversees all plant quality functions from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production
Establish and monitor quality KPIs aligned with factory objectives and global quality strategies.
Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant departments to evaluate performance metrics, implement preventive controls, and initiate quality enhancement projects.
Ensure compliance with both internal standards and customer quality/specification requirements.
Lead and coordinate all quality assurance activities related to testing, inspection, and validation processes.
Act as the primary coordinator for ISO, BSCI, and other certification or compliance audits within the plant.
Ensure manufacturing lines are supported with properly calibrated tools, validated methods, operating procedures, and visual work instructions in line with customer expectations.
Develop and control documentation systems to ensure all quality records are properly maintained, reviewed, updated, and approved.
Build and implement Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to support manufacturing efficiency and business expansion.
Lead the quality engineering team in process standardization and product quality enhancement activities.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage.
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt preferred.
Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor is highly preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality systems in multinational manufacturing operations.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
Good command of spoken and written English is essential.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability with a strategic approach.
Proven people management and leadership experience.
