Main jobs:
Lead the company's AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity, reduce operating costs, enhance decision-making, automate repetitive tasks, and create new business value.
The AI Manager will identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, RPA, and AI-powered automation across departments, while ensuring that AI solutions are practical, secure, measurable, and aligned with the company's business strategy.
Leading new ERP project
Understand about business operation
Consult the Situational Decision & best practices in group
Trouble Shoot system Issues and user mistakes
Maintain Internal systems & soft wares
Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Others assigned by MD

Yêu cầu
5+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, data analytics, AI or automation.
At least 2-3 years of experience implementing AI solutions is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing / supply chain / ERP is a strong advantage.
Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Working hour: from Monday to Friday (7:00 to 16:15) and can be flexible.
Transportation: HCM, Binh Duong and Bien Hoa to factory
