1. School Admissions
· Interact with current parents via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on student activities at school.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward parents at all times.
· Respond promptly to parent inquiries.
· Ensure parent satisfaction by providing professional parent support.
· Identify and assess parents' needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Handle parent complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; Cooperate with teachers, faculties and other departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with parents through open and interactive communication.
· Go the extra mile to engage new referrals from current parents.

Teaching Assistant· Provide designated Korean and English Language Development to students not fluent in English.
· Instruct students with English Language Development support in the areas of reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
· Provide direct support to students, including pull-out groups, classroom collaboration, and one-on-one interventions if and as appropriate.
· Monitor the learning progress of Korean students to support the fulfillment of requirements for meeting academic requirements, rigorous standards, and proficiency in English Language.
· Assist teachers with curriculum planning and development.
· Serve as a contact window for Korean students and parents.
· Support and participate in schools' activities, events, and projects.
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager, Senior Leadership Team, or Board of Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor degree, or equivalent.
Proven
customer support experience at Service Area.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written Korean
Communication level in English
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
