1. Admissions
• Provide Admissions related support when handling enquiries/applicants etc.
• Follow up on Korean enquiry leads
• Meet with prospective parents and students
• Deliver Admissions information in Korean; conduct school tours when required
• Provide regular updates to the Admissions team on each case
• Handover cases to the Admissions team once the enrolment process begins
2. Interpreting Services
• Provide interpretation support for Parent-Teacher, Teacher-Student, and Learning Support meetings
• Be available for interpretation services as scheduled
3. Communications & Translation
• Translate key documents and communications between English and Korean
• Attend key school events (e.g. parent information evenings, workshops)
• Provide interpretation support for meetings when required
4. PR and Community Engagement
• Share relevant school information with the Korean community
• Gather feedback from the Korean community
• Welcome new families and improve integration into the BVIS community
• Attend Korean community events and school functions
• Share insights and feedback with the Admissions & Marketing team
5. Marketing/Building relationships
• Build and maintain relationships with the Korean Embassy, Consulate, Chamber of Commerce, and business community
• Designate time to meet with key decision makers in these sectors to provide them with Marketing materials and act as a conduit with their HR teams for queries about enrolment at BVIS.
6. Working time: Up to 8 hours per week
Yêu cầu
- Native Korean speaker with strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Admissions, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related role (experience in education is preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents, students, and external stakeholders
- Experience working in an international education environment is an advantage
- Ability to translate and interpret accurately between Korean and English
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Good organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to attend school events outside of regular working hours when required
