Provide advices and on-site implementation requirements to comply to corporate global and regional as well as local QHSE and Process Safety standards and related regulations.
Manage and conduct training and development programs related to QHSE and Process Safety Management to employees and external stakeholders such as visitors, contractor and service providers.
Coordinate and follow up with department to achieve QHSE targets and out stand implementations from meetings, risk assessment, audit recommendation, root cause analysis and improvement areas.
Site representative and liaise with government agencies on QHSE related matters.
Plan and coordinate site management reviews for QHSE management systems at regular intervals .
Lead internal facility inspection and audits
Proactively engage with auditors to assist in implementing audit recommendation
Conduct incident investigations and provide root cause analysis report timely.
Notify relevant stakeholders according to site
Manage risks on-site together with site managers and supervisors through risk assessments and risk management practices.
Provide advice and manage hazardous substances and the disposal of chemicals.
