Design, develop, and implement efficient and cost-effective systems and processes for production or service operations.
Analyze and optimize workflows, layouts, and equipment utilization.
Conduct time studies and work sampling to establish standards and improve productivity.
Apply lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented systems and processes.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in industrial engineering or a related role.
Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and techniques.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, simulation software).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
