- Technical support for sales department/ Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho bộ phận kinh doanh
- Design, develop, implement and test technical solutions based on business requirements/ Thiết kế, phát triển, triển khai và thử nghiệm các giải pháp kỹ thuật dựa trên yêu cầu kinh doanh
- Interact with customers, discuss with factory engineers, and
technical sales to assess the needs of using equipment, determine the requirements required in the product/ Tương tác với khách hàng, trao đổi với các kỹ sư nhà máy, sales kỹ thuật để đánh giá nhu cầu sử dụng thiết bị, xác định các yêu cầu cần có ở sản phẩm.
- Conduct surveys, research to collect information from customers, ensure accuracy and suitability when required/ Tiến hành khảo sát, nghiên cứu thu thập thông tin từ khách hàng, đảm bảo tính chính xác và phù hợp khi có yêu cầu.
- Coordinate with the technical department at the factory to consult and quote/ Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật ở nhà máy để tư vấn, báo giá.
- Support customers to solve technical problems during equipment installation. Identify potential problems and integrate possible solutions/
Hỗ trợ khách hàng giải quyết những vấn đề kỹ thuật trong quá trình cài đặt thiết bị. Xác định các vấn đề tiềm ẩn và tích hợp các giải pháp khả thi.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle problems arising from customers/ Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh từ khách hàng.
