Support process improvement initiatives and plant optimization under the guidance of senior engineers.
Assist in resolving operational and technical issues in collaboration with the operations team.
Contribute to assigned tasks within technology and process improvement projects.
Participate in new product scale-up and new process implementation activities.
Continuously learn and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.
6 months to 8 years of experience in process engineering within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of process equipment, PFD/P&ID, DCS, and process optimization.
Familiarity with HAZOP, MOC, RCA, and PSM is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP and Aspen HYSYS are preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
