Mô tả công việc
• Calculate, design the steel structure and perform the relevant drawings;
• Break down the structural quantities in the initial bidding process;
• Check the construction drawings and quantities of the structure subcontractor;
• Frequently update the information, regulations and standards about applicable requirements;
• Directly work with and report to the design Director about the progress and arising issues for feedback and solutions if any;
• Fulfill other tasks required by the design director (including direct supervision on the construction of structural work items on site at a certain time).
Yêu cầu
• Have at least 3 year experiences at the same position,
• Graduated with Bachelor Degree from Civil Construction University, Architect University and others specializing the construction structures;
• Priority for the following candidates who
- Have the Practicing Certificate for Design of Construction Works (or Civil Works and Industrial Works - Level II or higher;
- Have the experiences in designing the industrial warehouse/factory in the Project deployed by Korean Employer,
- Good communication in English/Korean
- Good experiences in on-site construction and supervision;
• Be proficient in design software;
• Have good understanding of applicable domestic and international regulation sand standards in the field of civil construction,
• Be able to work with team or independently, have high spirit of responsibility, enthusiasm, result & deadline-oriented working;
