Role Description The Kỹ sư vận hành bản đồ is a full-time, on-site role based in the Hanoi Capital Region. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining digital maps used in smart transport and toll collection systems, including updating geographic data, verifying accuracy, and ensuring smooth integration with related software and hardware. The role involves monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving map-related issues, and coordinating with technical teams to implement improvements.
The engineer will document operational procedures, support testing of new features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure map data supports business and customer needs. The role may also include contributing to process optimization and participating in projects to enhance the quality and reliability of map services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in GIS or digital map systems, geographic data management, and basic data analysis.
Candidates should possess skills in system operation, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical and software teams.
Candidates should possess skills in documentation, reporting, and clear written and verbal communication.
Candidates should possess skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geomatics, Information Technology, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in transport infrastructure, toll collection systems, or smart mobility projects is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in the Hanoi Capital Region and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
Familiarity with Vietnamese transport regulations and standards is beneficial.
