Mô tả công việc
- Manage construction execution, monitor quality, schedule, and site safety.
- Design and implement drawings; perform calculations for structure, M&E systems, plumbing.
- Prepare and review cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Assess quality and approve construction materials and completed work.
- Coordinate with M&E, safety, and environmental teams to ensure project quality.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Civil & Industrial Construction or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in factory/workshop construction and site management.
- Strong knowledge of industrial construction: structural engineering, M&E systems, plumbing, wastewater treatment, and occupational safety.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, Etabs, estimation software (G8, Excel), and MS Project.
- Skilled in project management, problem-solving on site, and effective teamwork.
- Good physical health, willing to work long-term on construction sites.
- English: basic reading comprehension and communication skills.
