Mô tả công việc
This role is responsible for driving both Learning & Development initiatives and Employer Branding activities. You will play a key role in empowering employee growth while building a strong employer image to attract and retain top talent.
Learning & Development (50%)
Conduct training needs assessments and develop quarterly/yearly training plans.
Organize and monitor internal training programs: onboarding, soft skills, technical skills.
Support the design and execution of Intern/Fresher training programs (especially for IT roles).
Coordinate with internal trainers or external vendors for training delivery.
Develop templates and systems for learning materials and tracking.
Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
Employer Branding (50%)
Plan and execute employer branding campaigns aligned with recruitment and company culture.
Manage content across platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, etc.
Collaborate on storytelling initiatives: employee spotlights, internal culture, team activities.
Coordinate or support employer branding events: Career Fairs, Webinars, Tech Talks...
Build and maintain relationships with universities, student clubs, and young talent communities.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding campaigns (e.g. traffic, engagement, reach).
Yêu cầu
At least 1 year of experience working in an IT or tech company, in either L&D or Employer Branding.
Strong communication and organizational skills; creative mindset.
Good writing and content creation skills (photo/video/editing is a plus).
Proficient in basic design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint (for training decks) and Excel (for data tracking, reporting).
Experience in IT or fast-paced environments (startup/tech) is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good English skills at work are preferred.
