Mô tả công việc
• Develop and implement L&D strategies and training programs that align with business goals.
• Promote a learning culture within the organization by encouraging continuous skill development.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Design learning roadmaps for employees at different levels, from new hires to leadership development.
• Create training materials, e-learning modules, and interactive learning resources to support various learning styles. Continuously update and improve training materials based on feedback and business changes.
• Conduct internal training sessions for employees on key topics such as competencies, soft skills, leadership, and HR for non HR courses.
• Develop and implement a Train-the-Trainer program, equipping internal trainers (HoD/Manager/Team leader) with the skills to effectively train others.
• Coach and mentor departmental trainers to ensure training quality and consistency.
• Partner with HRBP to integrate learning initiatives into performance management and career development plans.
• Organize learning events, knowledge-sharing sessions, and development workshops to boost engagement.
• Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs.
• Reflection and continuously enhance the quality of training programs.
Yêu cầu
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in the position of L&D Manager, training facilitation.
• Strong experience in developing training content, training delivery, and implementing Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and digital training tools is a plus.
