Job responsibilities
Implement management system and ISO 17025;
Manage and improve operations workflow, processes and resources, to ensure work
effectiveness and efficiency in the laboratory;
Monitor the daily operation to ensure high level of technical compliance and quality performance of the laboratory;
Develop and implement new testing method and regulatory; build up testing capacity to align with demands;
Identify potential issues in the laboratory; analyze and provide timely resolution of technical
problems;
Provide technical training or seminars to clients or staff;
Review data from technical personnel to reporting personnel; review and approve physical test report;
Report inadequate resources to upper management.
Job requirements
Master or Degree holder of Physics or Mechanical Engineering;
Must 6 years or above working experience in physical testing laboratory;
Less experience can consider as Assistant Manager;
Knowledge of ISO 17025 and accreditations body;
Strong knowledge of mechanical testing standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, ISO, CPSIA, etc.);
Good trouble shooting and supervision, leadership skill;
Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
Analytical mind and logical thinking;
Initiative, organized and able to work independently.
