LITTLE EM'S PRESCHOOL PROVIDE WORK PERMIT SPONSOR FOR QUALIFED CANDIDATES!



Main goal in all scopes of work: To create an environment of live English for preschool children aged 2 to 6 to help them speak English through natural contexts and manner (language immersion).



1. Plan and teach for children

- Work with classroom teachers in the application, planning and organization of the Vietnamese Early Childhood Education Curriculum (ECEC) and Reggio Emilia Approach® (REA) to design and organize activities for children, considering developmental characteristics (physical, cognitive, social-emotional etc.) and milestones of preschool children (2-6 years old);

- Implement educational documentations (notes, photos, clips etc.) according to the requirements of ECEC and REA;

- Coordinate with classroom teachers, assistants and different units of the Preschool to ensure the success of the educational plan, the safety and excitement of the children.



2. Organize projects for children following the Reggio Emilia Approach®

- Work with classroom teachers in the planning, design and organization of projects according to Reggio Emilia Approach® (REA), focusing on the arts and social interaction of the projects;

- Implement educational documentations (notes, photos, clips etc.) according to REA.



3. Take care of children and cooperate with parents

- Take care of preschool children (2-6 years old) from their arrival to lunch time, and according to the schedule assigned by the Preschool's Board of Management;

- Ensure absolute safety for children;

- Cooperate with parents to ensure the success of the child's educational process.
