Leader Sales Logistics (Fwd, Air Freight)

Maintaining, building and developing Agent system for company to increase revenue.
Build agent development plan according to Seahorse's strategy.
Attendedoverseas networking conferences engagingwith existing and new strategic partners
Consult and quote the integrated services of Seahorse at the request of the agent.
Working with internal departments to do pricing and operations related to confirming agent's cargo information.
Updating and consulting information on market and freight rates for agents,
Orienting and consulting the sales overseas/customer service department in choosing strategic agents in line with the strengths of each strategic agent.
Ensure timely and accurate feedback/update information for internal departments and customers about shipment/goods status.
Understand import/export air freight forwarding activities (issuing and processing shipping documents (CI, PL, etc.)/booking/payment/document processing/liaison with partners , etc.) as Leader.
2. Responsibilities
To monitor and report on operational performance of carriers and other endors as well as ensuring strong data quality for timely and accurate customer reporting.
To review any routing changes, collaborating with the service providers.
To validate and follow up with carriers on B/L and all other shipping documents.
To ensure shipping instructions and documents are compliant; that deviations are quickly addressed.
To coordinate with all suppliers and internal stakeholders for shipment transportation, arranging additional services (trucking, customs clearance etc.) where necessary.
To escalate issues as relevant, and to support the resolution of claims and disputes.
To check incoming invoices, create sales invoices
