Builds people capability throughout the organisation fully utilising the community to gather momentum and grows individuals
Actively contributing to the development of the production organisation
Process Management
Actively supports implementation of the Lean Program through delivered integrated tactical implementation plans
Actively supports pillar implementation and development against strategy and targets
Actively supports site Lean implementation structure, reporting systems and processes
Responsible for ensuring Lean problem solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day performance gaps and issues
Embeds sustainable best practice & continuous improvement through leading process confirmation
Actively contributing to the development of the production organisation
Performance Management
Actively supports defining Lean program focus areas
Actively supports reviewing Lean site program, successes & failures with the objective of constantly moving the improvement of cost and performance
Actively works on Lean program targets, leading the development of the implementation approach in alignment with Site KPI/KAI
Support and in some specific cases owns the targets delivery of efficiency and effectiveness by "New ways of working" using the Focus Improvement cycles
Ensuring the sharing of best practices within the site
Functional Specific Management
Leads the development of the implementation approach through sponsors and stakeholders agreement
Ensures sufficient internal resource is allocated to key initiatives
Ensure Operation KPI/KAI are implicitly understood and managed efficiently at an appropriate level
Ensures compliance to site standards
Facilitates workshops, activities and trainings for delivered budgeted target results as required
Develops the understanding of Lean across all levels of the organization, i.e. everyone knows their contribution
Coaches and mentors to everyone during implementation of Lean tools and techniques, for the best quality and results through application
Actively demonstrates and in some cases leads to show teams what is involved in pilot activities and building implementation plans
Yêu cầu
University degree and necessary experience from relative position in Production
03 years experience within a production environment role (direct responsibly)
Proven experience in managing change and implement improvement programs (Operational Exellence, Lean, Six Sigma) to achieve budgeted targets.
Good in English
Working at Factory 1: Dan Chu St., Hoa Phu, VSIP II, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong or Factory 2: 27th St., VSIP II-A, Vinh Tan, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong.
