Mô tả công việc
1. Analyze and identify the Learning and Development needs of the organization and its employees to develop an overall Learning and Development plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the organization.
2. Consults with leaders to identify specific learning needs and design training interventions to provide solutions and resources that positively impact results
3. Deploy learning programs in the most cost effective and efficient way through blended learning approaches.
4. Identify external resources to effectively design and implement consistent learning programs and facilitation materials that align with the company strategy and values and key performance initiatives.
5. Partner with the Functions to support their execution of technical trainings and monitor quality.
6. Be responsible for the coordination, delivery, tracking and reporting of internal and externally provided training in the company
7. Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports
8. Publishing of training communications (reports and calendars, etc.)
9. Proactively initiate ideas for improvements. Support with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Education background in Human Resources, Business Management or relevant majors
• Ideally 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role within MNC environment, prefer experience in L&D field (Exposure to recruitment activities is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal & excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Strong time management skills and well-organized with complex and multiple priorities.
• Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization in professional manner.
