The Learning & Development Senior is responsible for coordinating and enhancing the Firm's capability development activities across learning programs, CPD compliance, professional certification pathways, and digital learning systems. The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management exposure, and the ability to maintain high operational quality in a professional services environment.
The position works closely with the L&D Manager, business units, internal instructors, and external vendors to ensure learning initiatives are well-designed, operationally efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
The Senior will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from planning to execution.
CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS & KEY TASKS
• Consolidate and analyse learning needs from business units to identify capability gaps
• Recommend learning interventions and support the development of annual training plans aligned with competency frameworks
• Facilitate development of materials in collaboration with content experts for learning programmes with reference to the Firm's competency framework
• Work with business units to develop business case course content and ensure relevance to operational needs
• Recommend enhancements to learning roadmap and programme content to meet regulatory and firm requirements
• Manage end-to-end delivery logistics, communications, and documentation
• Analyze learning effectiveness and data to drive continuous improvement
• Develop plans and digital curricula, propose topics, and support content development for online modules
• Identify opportunities to enhance digital learning pathways, user experience, and virtual learning communities
• Track CPD hours across service lines and ensure adherence to applicable professional requirements
• Prepare CPD dashboards/ summaries for management and flag compliance risks
• Manage sponsorship agreements, ensure compliance with training bonds, and track repayment if applicable
• Provide advisory to staff on certification pathways, eligibility, and regulatory timelines
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of L&D policies, procedures, and related regulatory requirements; apply consistently across learning activities
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or related fields
• 3 - 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR training operations
• Experience in a professional services/ audit/ tax/ consulting environment is preferred
• Experience with professional certifications, CPD tracking, or regulatory training is a strong advantage
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of L&D operations, program coordination, and learning cycles
• Good data analysis and reporting skills
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, adjusting tone, clarity, and structure for different employee group
• Exhibit behaviours consistent with the Firm's values, acting as a credible representative of the People function in all employee interactions
• Represent the Firm through respectful, consistent, and service-oriented communication
• Understand L&D's role in building a learning culture, encouraging engagement rather than solely administering training logistics
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, effectively managing multiple priorities
• Adopt a proactive, solution-focused approach and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in data handling, reporting, and learning compliance documentation
