I. Job purpose:
Advise management, implement compliance measures, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize legal risks arising from business activities.
II. Main responsibilities:
1. Be in charge of business licensing and related matters.
2. Review and develop essential internal legal document system for corporate governance purposes.
3. Play as in-house legal advisory on all matters related to company's business activities.
4. Lead on developing a system of standard contracts.
5. Review all contracts.
6. Monitor and supervise the civil/ commercial proceedings if any.
7. Review and systematize legal regulations into legal training materials related to Company's activities.
8. Conduct legal training and updates.
9. Prepare periodic reports as required for the position.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
Degree:
- University degree or Master degree is a plus.
Major: Law
Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations; laws and regulations on logistics or forwarding is a plus.
Experience:
At least 07 years of legal experience legal in logistics company
Language:
- Good command of English at all skills.
Other required skills and requirements:
- Contracts management and review experience, including ability to draft, review, summarize and organize a variety of agreements.
- Strong knowledge of developing and reviewing internal management documents.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and training including preparation of agendas, presentations, meeting minutes, training materials and other meeting documentation.
- Problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
- Strong initiative, exercise sound judgement, and take appropriate action when necessary, strong interpersonal skills.
- Have good ethics, integrity and self-discipline.
